PVC foam board is a rigid sheet with a fine closed-cell core and a smooth matte skin on both faces - light enough to carry one-handed, stiff enough for a sign panel. Jin Yu supplies PVC foam board and KT board from 1 mm to 20 mm, in white and colours, sheet size 1220×2440 mm and other formats.
Two production routes exist, and they feel different in the hand. Celuka process forms a harder outer skin - the stiffer choice for screen printing and routed 3D lettering. Free foam is uniform matte through the section, easier on the budget, ideal for UV flatbed printing and vinyl overlay.
On site the sheet behaves where wood does not: it will not rot, warp or split when it gets wet, cuts with a knife or router, and takes paint, glue and screws. That is why shop signs, exhibition panels, hoarding and model making keep coming back to it.

Pick free foam. It is lighter, cheaper, and its matte surface takes ink well for posters, exhibition panels and photo mounting.
Pick Celuka. The solid skin gives clean, chip-free edges and higher rigidity for channel letters, displays and furniture.
Choose thicker gauges (10 mm+) with B1 fire rating and confirm UV-stable formulation with your supplier.
Free foam is the lower-cost option for short-run, indoor signage where rigidity is not critical.
