PVC Board & Foam Board

PVC foam board is a lightweight rigid sheet with a fine closed-cell structure and a smooth printable surface. Jin Yu supplies PVC foam board and KT board for signage, exhibition stands, shopfitting, photo mounting and indoor display, in a range of thicknesses and sheet sizes.

Both materials take screen printing, UV flatbed printing and self-adhesive vinyl directly, cut easily on routers, saws and CNC machines, and can be thermoformed or bent with heat. PVC foam board is moisture resistant and suitable for semi-exposed use; KT board is the lighter, more economical option for short-term indoor graphics and mounting.

Because they are light and rigid, these sheets are the standard substrate behind most indoor signage and exhibition graphics. Custom thicknesses, densities, sheet sizes and private-label OEM are available from our Foshan factory, with free samples for print testing.
