PVC board
PVC foam board is a lightweight, rigid foam PVC panel used as a printing and fabrication substrate for signage, exhibition builds, cabinet backs and wall cladding. It is not a structural panel. JinYu supplies free foam, crust (Celuka) and co-extruded grades in 1220 x 2440 mm sheets, thickness 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 18 / 19 / 20 / 25 mm. Stock thicknesses are 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 19 mm; 18 mm and 20 mm are the neighbouring nominal thicknesses of the 19 mm load-bearing grade and are produced to order. Density 0.33-0.9 g/cm3, B1 fire rating. It is sawn, milled, drilled and CNC-routed. It is not laser cut, and it does not heat bend.
