Plain glass is an untapped surface. Put film on it and it becomes a privacy screen, a heat barrier or a branded shopfront - and comes back off without a trace when the lease ends. Frosted film is the office fit-out staple. It scrambles the view through the glass - shapes and silhouettes, no detail - while still passing roughly 70-80% of the light, so rooms behind it stay bright. Matte is the classic finish; linear and custom patterns get cut for clinic screens, bank counters and shopfront branding.
Solar and heat-insulation film does the invisible work: rejecting a large share of UV and infrared heat, cutting glare on screens, and taking real load off the air-conditioning in glass-heavy offices and shopfronts. Merchandise and upholstery stop fading so fast, too.
Fitting is done wet. A water-and-slip solution lets the film float on the glass and slide into position; once it sits right, a squeegee drives the water and air out from the centre. The pressure-sensitive adhesive grips firmly yet peels off clean at end of life - a real consideration for leased premises and temporary campaigns.
