Banner Material

Banner material is PVC-coated polyester scrim - the fabric inside carries the load, the PVC coating takes the ink. Jin Yu supplies frontlit flex banner, blockout, mesh and backlit constructions in 340-680 gsm, on rolls up to 5 m wide so a large face prints without a seam.

Frontlit does most of the work. 440 gsm suits events and promotions that run a season; 510 gsm and heavier go on building wraps and long-term hoarding. Every roll is coated for solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex ink, and the surface takes hemming, welding and eyelets without tearing out.

Two constructions solve specific problems. Mesh banner is perforated so wind passes through - the right pick for scaffold wraps and fence hoarding on exposed sites. Blockout carries a grey or black middle layer, so the same banner can hang double-sided and neither print ghosts through the other.

Finishing is done before it leaves us: hems welded, eyelets punched at your spacing, keder or pole pockets sewn where the fitting needs them. Rolls ship from Foshan to more than 80 countries, custom widths and lengths on request, OEM packaging available, free samples for test prints.
