Self adhesive vinyl - also called sticky-back vinyl, SAV or sign vinyl - is the workhorse material behind most indoor and outdoor signage, vehicle graphics, window decals and cutting-plotter crafts. Jin Yu supplies self adhesive vinyl in monomeric, polymeric and cast grades, in gloss, matte and transparent finishes, with permanent, removable and air-release adhesives to match your surface and required lifespan.

Every roll is coated for consistent ink anchorage with solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex printers, and cuts cleanly on Cricut, Silhouette, Roland and Graphtec plotters. Typical applications include shopfront signage, fleet and vehicle lettering, window graphics, wall decals, product labels and promotional stickers.

What is the difference between monomeric, polymeric and cast self adhesive vinyl?
Monomeric vinyl suits short-term flat applications (1-3 years). Polymeric resists shrinkage and lasts 3-7 years outdoors, including on slightly curved surfaces. Cast vinyl conforms to complex curves and rivets, lasting 5-10 years - the standard choice for full vehicle wraps.
Can self adhesive vinyl be used outdoors, and for how long?
Yes. Outdoor durability depends on grade: monomeric 1-3 years, polymeric 3-7 years, cast 5-10 years. Pairing the film with a matching cold lamination film adds UV protection and can extend outdoor life significantly.
Which printers and inks are compatible with your self adhesive vinyl?
Our printable grades are coated for solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex inks, and run on Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, Epson and HP Latex printers. Non-printable cutting grades are designed for Cricut, Silhouette, Roland and Graphtec plotters.
