Plastic Sheets

Beyond PVC and acrylic, a whole family of plastic sheets covers the everyday jobs: PP hollow (corrugated) sheet, polystyrene (PS) and HDPE. Jin Yu supplies them in standard sheet sizes with cut-to-size and colour options for signage, packaging and protection work.

PP hollow sheet is the 2-6 mm fluted board everyone recognises from election signs and real-estate boards. It is waterproof, takes screen and UV printing directly, weighs almost nothing and costs less than almost anything rigid - then it is recyclable PP at end of life, which matters for campaign printing.

Polystyrene sheet is the rigid, economical choice for indoor displays and point-of-sale; HDPE handles the rough jobs - cutting boards, industrial liners, outdoor panels that see chemicals and moisture. Each material has a narrow lane where it beats the others, and knowing the lane is the whole game.
