Plastic Sheets

Beyond PVC and acrylic, a wide range of jobs call for other plastic substrates. Jin Yu supplies PP hollow sheet (corrugated plastic), ABS sheet and polystyrene (PS) sheet for signage, protective packaging, thermoformed components and exhibition builds.

PP hollow sheet - often called corflute or coroplast - is a lightweight fluted polypropylene sheet that is waterproof, cheap and easy to cut, making it the standard for estate-agent boards, event signage and reusable packaging. ABS sheet is a tough, impact-resistant thermoplastic that thermoforms into housings, machine covers and point-of-sale units. Polystyrene sheet is rigid and economical for indoor signs, displays and models.

PP and PS sheets can be screen or UV flatbed printed, or finished with self-adhesive vinyl. ABS bonds readily with solvents and adhesives and accepts paint. Custom thicknesses, colours, sheet sizes and private-label OEM are available from our Foshan factory.
