Roll Up Banner Stands

The roll-up banner stand - pull-up, retractable, whatever the trade calls it - is the most repeated piece of equipment in events: carry case in one hand, graphic up in thirty seconds. Jin Yu manufactures aluminium cassette stands in single and double-sided models, standard 85×200 cm and other sizes, shipped flat-packed by the carton.

The mechanism is a spring-loaded roller in an aluminium cassette: the printed film pulls up on a batten, locks at your chosen height, and retracts into the base when the day ends. What separates a good stand from a frustrating one is the spring - ours are tension-matched to the graphic weight so the film rolls evenly at year five the way it did on day one.

The graphic media matters as much as the hardware. Standard PVC banner film is the economy choice; polyester film lies flatter and photographs sharper under event lighting; both print with a small top bleed so the batten clamps image, not white paper. Replacement cartridges mean the stand outlives any number of campaigns.
