Channel letters are built from a small set of repeatable components, and getting them right determines how clean and durable the finished sign looks. Jin Yu supplies LED channel letter trim, plastic coated trim and advertising nails (standoffs) for illuminated sign fabrication.

Trim caps the return edge of a channel letter, giving a finished border and hiding the joint between face and return. Coated plastic trim bends smoothly around curves and corners without kinking, which is why it is used for script and complex letterforms. Advertising nails are the standoff fixings that mount letters to a wall with a consistent shadow gap.

Our trim is supplied in standard and custom widths and colours to match or contrast with the letter face, and is formulated for outdoor weather resistance and UV stability. Custom colours, widths and private-label OEM are available from our Foshan factory.

Advertising nails are standoff fixings that mount channel letters or sign panels to a wall, holding them a set distance off the surface. The gap creates a shadow line that makes letters read clearly and lets wiring run behind the sign.
Is the trim UV and weather resistant?
Yes. Our channel letter trim is formulated with UV stabilisers for long-term outdoor exposure, resisting fading, chalking and cracking. Standard colours are stocked; custom colours can be matched for brand-compliance rollouts.
