vehicle-graphicscar-wrap

Vehicle graphics turn cars, vans and trucks into moving advertising. Jin Yu supplies 4D carbon fibre wrap film, one way vision perforated film, flexible magnetic film and automotive window tint for full wraps, partial wraps, fleet lettering and removable signage.

Wrap film needs to conform to curves, rivets and recesses, which means cast vinyl with air-release adhesive - the micro-channels let trapped air escape during application so the finish stays bubble-free. One way vision film is perforated: occupants see out, while the outside sees a solid printed image, making it ideal for rear and side glass.

Magnetic film offers a fully removable option for fleet operators who need to swap or remove branding between jobs. Custom widths, colours, adhesive types and private-label OEM are available from our Foshan factory, with free samples for application testing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to this product category.

Cast or calendered vinyl for car wraps?
Cast vinyl is the correct choice for full wraps and any curved or recessed surface - it conforms to complex shapes, holds its shape without shrinking back, and lasts 5-10 years. Calendered vinyl is cheaper but suited mainly to flat or gently curved surfaces and short-term work.
What is air-release adhesive and why does it matter?
Air-release adhesive has micro-channels embossed in the adhesive layer that let trapped air escape through the film during application. Without it, installers must chase bubbles with a squeegee and risk visible defects - with it, large panels go down cleanly and faster.
What is one way vision film used for?
One way vision is a perforated window film: from inside you see out through the holes, from outside you see a solid printed image. It is used on vehicle rear and side windows and shopfront glass to add advertising without blocking the view from inside.
How long does a vehicle wrap last?
A properly applied cast vinyl wrap typically lasts 5-7 years, depending on sun exposure, washing method and whether it is garaged. Vertical surfaces last longer than horizontal ones such as bonnets and roofs, which take the most UV.
